Terms of Service

1. Description of service

A2Z easily offers professional cloth ironing with doorstep pickup and delivery in areas we serve within India. Pricing, minimum order quantity (e.g. minimum number of garments), and special-item rates are displayed on the website or communicated at the time of order and may be updated by us from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service as a customer. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact and address information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

• Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel orders where service is unavailable in your area or for other legitimate reasons.
• You agree to pay the prices shown for your order, including any applicable charges for special garments, as communicated before or at confirmation.
• Payment methods (e.g. cash, UPI, online) will be as offered at checkout or on delivery, as applicable.
• Minimum order requirements (such as a minimum number of clothes) apply as stated on the platform.

5. Pickup & delivery

You must ensure someone is available at the agreed address for pickup and delivery, or follow instructions we provide. Delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, or refusal to hand over garments may result in cancellation or additional charges where reasonable.

6. Garments & care

You represent that garments submitted are yours or you have authority to have them serviced. While we take reasonable care, ironing and handling carry inherent risks for delicate, heavily embellished, or improperly labelled fabrics. You are responsible for declaring special care needs. Our liability for damage or loss is limited as set out in Section 9.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on order status (e.g. before pickup vs after service has begun). We will communicate applicable rules in the app or via support. Refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not: misuse the Service; submit false orders; harass staff or other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or overload the site; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, A2Z easily and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2Z easily and its team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless another forum is required by law.
